Pharmacy Manager Services
Pharmacy Manager Services is needed to perform the following duties:
· Work with employees motivate, inspire, and develop Pharmacy Staff by balancing assignments that maximize strength, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps.
· Gather data on competitors and analyze prices, sales and methods of marketing and distributors and perform market research relating to over-the-counter products to determine potential increase in sales.
· Formulate pricing policies on over-the-counter merchandise according to requirements of profitability of store operations
· Help employees engaged in sales work, taking of inventories, reconciling each with sales receipts.
· Order merchandise and prepare requisitions to replenish merchandise on hand.
· Ensure compliance of employee’s security, sales and record keeping procedures and keep operating records and proper daily records and proper daily records of transactions for accounting purposes.
· Review Medicare part D to make sure the eligibility of patients for medications and ordering of medications as per insurance.
· Work with the President in developing, implementing and monitoring policies and procedures that reflect quality and safe delivery of health care services and provide exceptional customer relations and answering customer complaints and inquiries.
· Analyze the departmental operational program on a continuing basis and make recommendations to the president for any changes thus ensuring smooth pharmacy operations.
· Coordinate sales promotion activities and direct merchandise display to maximize store profits.
· Coordinate with Compliance officer and staff to ensure department compliance with policies, procedures, by laws, regulatory requirements, and best practice guidelines, medications as per insurance requirements.
*Bachelor's Degree is required in Management or Operations Management or Business Management or Pharmacy Administration.
